Production and Refurbishment
Manufacture of complete kiln cars, including assembly, for tunnel and chamber/periodic kilns. Kiln cars are used for firing final ceramic products. Available with fully welded chassis or partially/fully bolted chassis.
- Robust steel chassis designed to withstand demanding brick plant operation, including structural calculations according to the required load capacity.
- Depending on the operating environment – standard execution with sand-seal trough or modern Hydrocasing technology – made from standard steels or with stainless front and immersion plates.
- Complete delivery includes refractory lining. Refractory lining is provided in close cooperation with Silike keramika, spol. s r.o., Děčín.
- In cooperation with the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, we can also provide thermal analysis calculation models.
Installation
- We provide installation of both the chassis and refractory lining directly at the customer’s site.
